As a fitness coach and trainer, it is my goal for you to develop the self-confidence and positive body image that you deserve. During our one-on-one sessions, we will talk through your goals, your hesitations, and your setbacks. From there, we will develop a program for you that ultimately helps to address all three. I will coach you through proper form and technique, while also helping you make the absolute most of your time, to create a fitness plan that you will want to stick with. My preferred style of training is quick, effective, and of course, challenging. But don’t worry, if you have an injury or any pain, we will find the modifications that make the most sense for you. Modifications are not less than, they are an important stepping stone on your wellness journey to creating a mind, body, and spiritual connection. I cannot wait to work with you and help you to achieve whatever your wellness goals may be.
