Nutrition is a Key Element in Your Transformation

Nutrition is one of the many pieces of your holistic wellness journey, and creating a healthy and balanced relationship with food is my ultimate goal for you. Nutrition shouldn’t be about restricting foods or being on a diet, but should be about finding foods that fuel your body in the right way and make you feel your best. That is where the Ayurvedic approach comes into play. Ayurveda is an ancient form of traditional medicine and nutrition that dates back thousands of years. This type of nutrition involves eating foods that best suit your Dosha, or body type, and can improve your gut health, well-being, and your overall mindfulness. While I never want to restrict you from eating certain foods, I believe it is important to know what foods can possibly trigger imbalances within your body, so that you can make more conscious decisions about what you choose to put in it. Nutrition coaching is not about getting skinny and is not one-size fits all. It is about being aware, creating balance, and establishing a lifestyle that will put you on track for holistic wellness.
