Hi I am Jessica!

Hey there, I’m Jessica. A brand new mother of 2 and lover of all things wellness. I had my daughter in 2012 and then almost 10 years later, my husband and I decided we needed our son to make our little family complete. Newly postpartum, I am learning to love my body more everyday and am so amazed by all of the miraculous things it is capable of.

My passion for wellness started in 2013 after my daughter was born. I was not happy with the person I had become in that postpartum stage of life and was ready for a change. I started taking Zumba classes religiously and loved the confidence that I got from those classes. I shortly after began to add weight training into my routine and the rest is kind of history. My relationship with food has not always been so straightforward, thanks to diet culture, but I have learned to love food and understand how important whole, nutritious foods are for our bodies.

I decided to leave my job in corporate America this year so that I could spend time focusing on my family and sharing my passion for wellness with others. I have been a part time, self taught wellness professional for some time now, but decided this month to pursue my passions even further by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and Ayurvedic Nutritionist.

I cannot wait to share all that I have learned along my journey and to help you uncover your favorite version of yourself. When you learn to love that person unconditionally and embrace your mind, body, and spirit for all of the greatness it was destined for, you are unstoppable. Through fitness and nutrition coaching, I will help guide you through any challenges and post experiences you might have with the worldly diet culture. Creating a balanced and beautiful relationship with not only yourself, but with food and exercise, is my goal for you, and I can’t wait to guide you on your path to true contentment.
